Special Note
  1. Teams will play in age brackets for 2018 Fall Season.
  2. There will be no additions to the team roster after the team registers on Friday Night, March 1, 2019.


Check-in Requirements

  • Proper 2018/2019 player identification cards, medical release forms and the appropriate and correctly authorized travel papers for teams affiliated with USYS with the National/State approved rosters attached are required.
  • US Club Soccer teams do not need to provide Travel Papers.
  • US Club teams need to present certified player rosters.
  • All players and coaches must have laminated cards.
  • Unlimited loan players will be permitted.
The California Premier League Tournament Committee would like to take this opportunity to welcome the players, coaches, referees, parents and friends to the CPL College Showcase 2019. On this page we will explain the information and rules of our tournament.

The Substitutions may be made only with the consent of the referee at any stoppage in play at the referee's discretion.


  1. All games will have a 5 minute grace period failure to start on time will result in forfeiture.
  2. You can carry a roster of 18 players for 2005, and 22 players for 2004-2000.
  3. Home team is the team listed first. Home team has choice of direction and must change uniforms if the referee determines there is a color conflict.
  4. This is a showcase tournament only.  No finals!



  1. A player or coach given a red card (2 yellow cards in one game = 1 red card) will be ejected from that game and shall not be replaced AND will be suspended for the next game. Red cards will also receive a one (1) point deduction.
  2. Any attempt to cause physical harm to referees by players, coaches or parents will result in the team being automatically suspended from the tournament.
  3. No protests can be made or will be accepted.
  4. All coaches have complete responsibility for the conduct of their players, bench, friends, and spectators at all times.
